Dr. Andrew Thomas J.

Don't break someone's heart, they have only one; instead, break their bones, they have 206. I love studying bones. As a junior resident working in the department of orthopedics, Panimalar Medical College Hospital and Research Institute in Chennai, India, my work involves seeing people with problems involving their bones. I completed my M.B.B.S from Sree Gokulam Medical College and Research Foundation, Thiruvananthapuram, India. I am actively involved in academic writing and research since my second year of medical school. I have been with IJMS for nearly two years now. I have published 4 original articles in the IJMS targeted at young doctors. My current interest involves learning about the diseases of spine and low backache. My goal is to develop a simple yet effective guide for young doctors in primary care setup to diagnose spine problems and to treat them.
