Juliana Bonilla-Velez, Resident Physician, Department of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Little Rock, AR, USA.

Juliana Bonilla Velez is one of the founders of the IJMS and a pupil of the Principles and Practice of Clinical Research course. As a visionary physician, she has served in a number of roles within the Association of Scientific Societies of Medical Students of Colombia (ASCEMCOL) and the International Federation of Medical Students Associations (IFMSA).

Whitney Stefanny Cordoba-Grueso, Medical Student, Health Faculty, Universidad del Valle, Cali, Colombia.

Whitney Cordoba Grueso is the Youth Category winner of the 2014 "Afro-Colombian of the Year Award" and the former Director of Public Relations and Communi-cations of IJMS. As a youth-empowerment leader, she has served in a number of roles within the ASCEMCOL and the IFMSA.
